MANAGEMENT PROFILE
The core management team of Nadirali & Co. consists of people who are highly experienced,
professionally qualified and well versed with the business. A brief introduction of the management team is given below:
Mohd. Zafar Ahmad, President
Zafar is a Science Graduate and also holds Master in Economics, Bachelor of Law alongwith Diploma in Cost &
Management Accounts. He has traveled all over the world. His main base is in Middle East (Doha-Qatar) where he is involved
in Oil & Gas industries. He has worked with companies like Dow Chemicals, UOP, Pall-USA, KBR, Mitsui & Co. He
also has business base in Canada, Germany and other Middle Eastern countries where having joint ventures with Corrpack, USA
to produce Bulk liners and another Euro100m joint venture to produce Catalyst and water treatment chemicals in Qatar.
Aftab Ahmad, Managing Director
Aftab is a Science Graduate from Aligarh Muslim University.He has been involved with the music industry for more than
five decades. He has visited the entire music industry covering Yamaha (Japan), Hamamatsu & Namunusato (Japan), Pearl
(Japan), A. R. Huttl, Couesnon (France), B & H, Buffet Crampon (Germany), Schelnkdaars (Holland), C. G. Conn (US), Selmer
(US), and others alongwith musical machinery manufacturers in Europe. He also studied music in London & British Museum
for 3 months on Music History.
He has dedicated his entire life to research and development of musical instruments. He also won many local and international
awards in this field. For him, musical instruments are his life-long passion.
Faez Aftab, Director
Faez is a Graduate in Public Administration and Economics.He also holds a Diploma in International Marketing Management
from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, (a Ministry of Commerce Institution). He has been involved with several
organizations in different capacities and is the Director (Administration) of Besson Musical Instruments P. Ltd.
He has been associated with several governmental and non-governmental bodies. Because of his youthful
outlook and leadership qualities, he has been able to develop excellent rapport with the Ministries and Armed forces. He has
been involved in finalising negotiations with the Army, CRPF, Police, etc. for supply of various musical instruments. He
is a person of diverse interests and is also keenly interested in Environmental activities.
